Chris went above and beyond prior to me making any purchase and was very responsive and helpful. I ultimately decided to go with a different product then I was originally looking at, I got the White Bow and I'm infatuated with it. It is well balanced, moves perfectly in my hands and even with its size I don't notice it's weight. I haven't done any heavy cutting with it yet, but it has me looking into tatami rolls to see how it does. Awesome product and great company. - Kyle
